About Shipping Rates:

Scard Home currently has free shipping to all available countries for orders $70 USD and up.

Our current available countries to ship to are: United States, Canada, Mexico, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, China and Taiwan.

If your location is not here, we can set up a shipment to your country if you give us some details of the desired product(s) at contact@scardhome.com

For orders below this threshold, a shipping rate will be charged accordingly. Please see images below to refer to each shipping zone more specific rates:

Please take in mind products shipped to countries different than the United States may apply for custom duties or fees. These are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

About fulfillment and shipping times:

Once an order has been placed trough our page, we will process and ship within 1-3 business days, this is our fulfillment time window. Once the package is shipped, it will take between 3-5 business days to arrive to the recipient's location, which leads to a total shipping time of 3-8 business days.

Do not hesitate to contact us via contact@scardhome.com if any delay happens or if you haven't received your package despite tracking showing otherwise.

To take in mind:

-We recommend providing a full name instead of a pseudonym and providing a full and detailed shipping address to avoid issues with customs.

-Our shipping partners are unable to deliver order to PO Boxes and other types of special locations like DPO addresses. Kindly provide a residential address to ensure your package will arrive without hesitation.
